Think of it as learning to drive β you focus on the details at first, but eventually, it becomes second nature. I don't want you to count calories all your life, I want you to understand the nutritional value of foods you consume so you can make educated choices in the future without relying on apps.
Absolutely! This program is about balanced nutrition, not deprivation. You can still enjoy your favorite foods β whether it's croissants, pizzas, or burgers β you'll just learn how to incorporate them into your plan in a way that supports your weight loss goals.
Of course! Weight loss shouldn't isolate you. I'll guide you on how to approach restaurant meals strategically and plan for outings within your calorie budget. The same goes for holidays, vacations, and family gatherings.

We'll work together to find a fitness routine that fits your lifestyle, even if it's just a few times a week. It doesn't have to be intense gym workouts if that's not your style.
You'll need a few basic tools: a floor scale, a food scale, a measuring tape, and ideally, something to track your steps (a smartwatch, fitness tracker, or even an app on your phone). We'll also incorporate protein powder later in the program. You'll also need access to a grocery store so you can purchase food and prepare your meals. All the apps we use are free.
The program is designed for optimal results over four months. While stopping early might impact your progress, you're always welcome to rejoin when you're ready. Life happens, and I understand that.
