What makes your weight loss program different from other programs?

Many programs offer generic "one-fit-all" plans. I take the time to get to know You and develop a truly personalized program which I review every week according to your progress and how you feel. It is all about You. Unlike most nutritionists who start with diet plans, I take the "mindset first" approach: figuring out the "why" of your goals and breaking through individual psychological barriers. This allows to achieve results that will stay with you forever. I'm a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, and I've been through my own weight loss journey, so I understand the challenges firsthand. This program combines daily education, customized home tasks, daily support, and progress tracking, all tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and needs. You'll have my direct support and guidance every step of the way.

How does the daily home task system work?

Each day, you'll receive a bite-sized piece of educational content in our dedicated app, covering nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and overall health. This "knowledge bomb" is paired with a specific home task designed to help you immediately apply what you've learned. This approach solidifies your understanding and builds lasting habits.

How does the daily support work?

You can send me your completed home tasks and any questions you have through the in-app chat. I'll provide personalized feedback and support every single day. While we might be in different time zones, I guarantee you'll receive feedback on your "today's task" the following day. I'm committed to being there for you.

Do I need to count calories?

Yes, but only at the beginning. Understanding calorie intake is fundamental to fat loss. For the first part of the weight loss program, we'll track calories and macros to give you a precise understanding of your nutritional intake. This isn't a lifelong requirement! As you learn and track, you'll develop an intuitive sense of portion sizes and calorie density, making it easier to maintain your results long-term. Think of it as learning to drive – you focus on the details at first, but eventually, it becomes second nature. I don't want you to count calories all your life, I want you to understand the nutritional value of foods you consume so you can make educated choices in the future without relying on apps.

Will I be able to eat treats and foods I love?

Absolutely! This program is about balanced nutrition, not deprivation. You can still enjoy your favorite foods – whether it's croissants, pizzas, or burgers – you'll just learn how to incorporate them into your plan in a way that supports your weight loss goals.

Will I be able to eat out with friends & family?

Of course! Weight loss shouldn't isolate you. I'll guide you on how to approach restaurant meals strategically and plan for outings within your calorie budget. The same goes for holidays, vacations, and family gatherings. We'll also cover how to communicate your new routine and changes in lifestyle to your friends and family to receive support you need.

Will the weight loss program involve a lot of food restrictions?

While you will have a specific calorie budget set for you which will require less calories per day than your usual, you still will be able to eat all the foods you like: bread, meat, sides and desserts. The goal will be to fit them into your daily calorie budget instead of removing them. And I will provide you will all the tools and tricks I know to keep you full and happy even on a calorie deficit. You won't feel hungry or fatigued.

Do I need to go to a gym?

While weight loss can occur through calorie deficit alone, exercise is crucial for a strong, healthy physique. It helps prevent muscle loss and improves your overall well-being. We'll work together to find a fitness routine that fits your lifestyle, even if it's just a few times a week. It doesn't have to be intense gym workouts if that's not your style. For muscle gain goals, yes, strength training is crucial for achieving hypertrophy.

What do I need to buy to start the program?

You'll need a few basic tools: a floor scale, a food scale, a measuring tape, and ideally, something to track your steps (a smartwatch, fitness tracker, or even an app on your phone). We'll also incorporate protein powder later in the program. You'll also need access to a grocery store so you can purchase food and prepare your meals. All the apps we use are free.

What happens if I can't continue the program after a month?

The program is designed for optimal results over four months. While stopping early might impact your progress, you're always welcome to rejoin when you're ready. Life happens, and I understand that.

What if I don't lose weight?

Weight loss isn't always linear. Many factors influence the numbers on the scale, including hormones, water retention, and even what you ate the day before. We'll track more than just your weight – we'll also monitor progress photos, and how your clothes fit. Often, you'll see and feel changes even if the scale doesn't move dramatically. My focus is on sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term health and well-being.
